Accessibility Policy & Public Accessibility Statement

Version 1.0 | Approved November 1, 2026 | Effective November 1, 2026 | Owner Nudori Inc.

Customer accessibility contact: [email protected]

1. Our commitment

Nudori Inc. is committed to providing a digital shopping experience that is accessible to and usable by people with disabilities. We want customers to be able to learn about our products, review safety and care information, select products and variations, place and manage orders, request returns or refunds, exercise privacy choices, contact support, and access our policies without unnecessary accessibility barriers.

Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility. Websites, ecommerce tools, content, and third-party integrations change over time, so Nudori combines accessible design, testing, customer assistance, issue reporting, and continuing remediation rather than treating accessibility as a one-time project.

2. Scope

This Accessibility Statement applies to digital content and functionality that Nudori controls or provides through nudori.com, including, where applicable:

  • the main Website and mobile-responsive Website experience;
  • product, category, search, navigation, cart, and checkout entry pages;
  • customer accounts and sign-in functions;
  • customer-support, contact, return, exchange, and refund forms;
  • privacy-request, cookie-settings, and Your Privacy Choices interfaces;
  • product safety, use, care, size, shade, and application information;
  • policy pages, downloadable materials, videos, and other digital content controlled by Nudori;
  • transactional emails and essential customer communications controlled by Nudori; and
  • third-party components embedded in a critical Nudori journey to the extent Nudori selects, configures, or can influence them.

This Statement does not control independent websites, apps, marketplaces, payment-provider portals, social-media services, carrier websites, or retailer systems that Nudori does not own or control. However, when a third-party barrier affects a critical Nudori transaction or customer right, Nudori will make reasonable efforts to assist the customer and provide an alternative path where feasible.

3. Accessibility standard and current status

Nudori uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as its internal technical target for the Website and critical digital customer journeys.

Nudori does not currently make a formal representation that every page, feature, document, or third-party component fully conforms to every WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criterion at all times. Our accessibility work is ongoing, and we will make a formal conformance claim only when a current evaluation supports it.

The absence of a formal full-conformance claim does not reduce Nudori’s commitment to identifying barriers, providing assistance, and remediating accessibility issues in a timely and practical manner.

4. Measures we take

Depending on the feature and stage of development, Nudori’s accessibility program may include:

  • using WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a design, development, and testing target;
  • automated accessibility scans together with manual review;
  • keyboard-only testing of core interactions;
  • screen-reader testing of critical shopping, support, return, and privacy flows;
  • review of color contrast, focus indicators, text resizing, zoom, reflow, labels, instructions, errors, headings, landmarks, and image alternatives;
  • independent accessibility review of critical flows;
  • accessibility requirements in design, content, engineering, quality assurance, and vendor selection;
  • training for personnel who create or manage digital content;
  • regression testing after material Website or integration changes;
  • a dedicated channel for accessibility feedback and assistance; and
  • prioritization of issues that block purchasing, returns, product-safety information, support, or privacy rights.

Nudori does not rely on an automated accessibility overlay or widget as a substitute for accessible code, content, testing, and human support. If an accessibility tool or widget is used, it is supplementary.

5. Accessible shopping and customer journeys

Nudori’s accessibility efforts focus especially on the tasks customers most need to complete, including:

  • finding and comparing products;
  • understanding product purpose, materials, fit, shade, size, safety, use, removal, care, and return eligibility;
  • selecting product variations and quantities;
  • adding, updating, and removing products from the cart;
  • reviewing prices, discounts, taxes, shipping, and order totals;
  • entering shipping and billing information;
  • understanding and correcting checkout errors;
  • receiving order, shipment, delivery, return, refund, and safety information;
  • using guest checkout or an optional account;
  • requesting cancellation, return, exchange, refund, or delivery assistance;
  • reporting a product-safety concern;
  • managing privacy and cookie choices; and
  • contacting Nudori for assistance.

A customer who encounters an accessibility barrier in a time-sensitive process should contact Nudori promptly. When a barrier prevents a customer from completing a return, cancellation, privacy request, or another time-limited action, Nudori will consider the date of the customer’s accessibility message as the request date where the message reasonably identifies the order or right involved and the action the customer was trying to take.

6. Product information and content

Nudori works to make essential product information available in text that can be perceived, enlarged, read by assistive technology, and understood without relying only on images, sound, color, or visual placement.

Our content goals include:

  • meaningful text alternatives for informative product images and icons;
  • decorative images that do not create unnecessary screen-reader noise;
  • product variation labels that use text in addition to color or swatches;
  • size, shade, material, and care information in accessible text;
  • headings and lists that communicate page structure;
  • links and controls with understandable names and purposes;
  • instructions that do not depend only on shape, position, color, or gesture;
  • accessible tables or equivalent text for size and comparison information;
  • digital versions of essential product instructions when reasonably available; and
  • clear product-safety warnings and stop-use instructions.

If a product instruction, size guide, safety guide, or policy is not usable in its published format, contact Nudori to request the information in a reasonably accessible alternative format.

7. Forms, checkout, and authentication

Nudori aims to make forms and transactional interfaces usable with assistive technology and without a mouse. This includes clear labels, instructions, required-field indicators, error identification, and guidance for correcting errors.

Where authentication, security, or fraud-prevention tools create a barrier, Nudori will seek an accessible alternative that maintains reasonable security. Customers should never send full payment-card numbers, card-security codes, account passwords, or other secret credentials by email when requesting accessibility assistance.

Nudori aims to avoid requiring a customer to re-enter information unnecessarily during the same process when the information is already available and reuse is technically and legally appropriate.

8. Multimedia and documents

For prerecorded video or audio content that communicates meaningful product, safety, instructional, or promotional information, Nudori will work toward providing appropriate accessibility support, such as captions, transcripts, audio description, or an equivalent text explanation, depending on the content.

When Nudori publishes downloadable PDFs, Word documents, or similar files for customer use, we aim to provide accessible structure or an accessible HTML or text alternative. If a document is not accessible to you, contact Nudori for assistance or an alternative format.

Accessibility applies to privacy and consent interfaces as well as shopping pages. Nudori works to make cookie banners, Cookie Settings, Your Privacy Choices, privacy-request forms, and related notices keyboard accessible, screen-reader understandable, and usable without relying only on color or visual presentation.

If an accessibility barrier prevents you from submitting or managing a privacy choice, contact [email protected]. Nudori will route the request to the appropriate privacy process. Do not include account passwords, full payment credentials, or unnecessary sensitive information in the message.

10. Third-party components and external websites

Nudori may use third-party services for payment processing, returns, reviews, customer support, analytics, video, fraud prevention, delivery, or other functions.

For third-party components that are essential to a Nudori-controlled customer journey, Nudori will consider accessibility during selection and configuration, test critical functions where practical, report material barriers to the provider, and provide an alternative assistance path when a barrier prevents completion of an important task.

Independent third-party websites and apps are governed by their own accessibility practices. Nudori cannot guarantee the accessibility of a third-party service that it does not control. Customers may also contact the third party directly, but Nudori will not use third-party ownership as a reason to ignore a barrier that prevents access to a core Nudori product, service, or right.

Orders placed through Amazon, TikTok Shop, another marketplace, or another retailer are subject to that channel’s accessibility and transaction systems. Nudori remains available for product-safety and product-information assistance.

11. Alternative access and assistance

If a digital barrier prevents you from obtaining information or completing a task, Nudori will make reasonable efforts to provide an accessible alternative method.

Depending on the request, assistance may include:

  • providing product, policy, size, shade, safety, or care information in accessible text;
  • helping identify or navigate the appropriate product or support process;
  • assisting with a return, exchange, refund, cancellation, or delivery inquiry;
  • providing an alternative way to submit information securely;
  • helping complete a privacy request or cookie preference;
  • providing a transcript or equivalent explanation of meaningful media content; or
  • coordinating with a third-party provider when its component blocks a critical task.

Nudori does not charge an additional fee merely because a customer needs accessibility assistance or an alternative format. Any ordinary product price, tax, shipping charge, or other properly disclosed transaction charge still applies.

Nudori support will not ask you to email full card details, card-security codes, passwords, or unnecessary medical or disability information. When payment is required, Nudori will direct you to an appropriate secure payment process.

12. Reporting an accessibility barrier

If you experience difficulty using nudori.com or a Nudori-controlled digital service, contact:

Accessibility contact

Email: [email protected]

Website: nudori.com

To help us investigate, provide only the information reasonably needed, such as:

  • the webpage address or name of the feature;
  • the task you were trying to complete;
  • a concise description of the barrier;
  • the date and approximate time of the issue;
  • your browser, device, or assistive technology, if you are comfortable sharing it;
  • an order number, if the issue relates to an order; and
  • the best accessible way for Nudori to contact you.

You do not need to disclose your diagnosis, medical history, or detailed information about your disability. Focus on the barrier and the assistance you need.

13. Privacy when requesting accessibility assistance

Nudori handles personal information submitted through accessibility requests in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Information about a disability or accommodation need may be sensitive, so Nudori seeks to collect only what is reasonably necessary to respond.

Accessibility reports and accommodation requests are used for support, investigation, remediation, legal compliance, security, and service improvement. They are not used for advertising or ordinary marketing personalization.

Do not send intimate photographs, product-reaction images, medical records, or other sensitive material unless Nudori specifically requests information through an appropriate secure method and the information is reasonably necessary for the issue.

14. Response and remediation

Nudori aims to acknowledge accessibility messages within two business days. This is a service target rather than a guaranteed resolution period.

The time needed to investigate or remediate an issue depends on factors such as the severity of the barrier, technical complexity, third-party involvement, security, the availability of an immediate alternative, and the changes required.

Barriers that prevent access to purchasing, checkout, returns, product-safety information, privacy choices, or essential customer support receive priority. Where immediate technical remediation is not possible, Nudori will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative path while a longer-term correction is developed.

Nudori may contact you for clarification or to confirm whether a proposed solution works. You are not required to participate in testing or disclose additional personal information beyond what is reasonably necessary.

15. Known limitations and ongoing improvement

Nudori does not claim that every page, feature, document, or third-party component is fully accessible in every possible combination of device, browser, and assistive technology.

New content, software updates, third-party releases, promotions, and ecommerce changes can introduce unexpected barriers. Nudori reviews reported issues, tests critical journeys, and prioritizes remediation based on customer impact and risk.

When Nudori identifies a material limitation that is likely to affect customers, we may disclose the limitation in this Statement, on the affected page, or through another practical notice and provide an alternative method where feasible.

16. No surcharge or retaliation

Nudori will not charge a customer an accessibility fee for requesting assistance, reporting a barrier, or requesting an alternative format or method.

Nudori will not deny a lawful return, refund, privacy request, safety report, review, or other right because a customer used the accessibility channel or requested reasonable assistance.

This does not prevent Nudori from applying the ordinary, disclosed eligibility rules and charges that apply to all customers, or from investigating fraud or abuse based on objective evidence.

This Statement describes Nudori’s accessibility commitments and assistance process. It does not limit any right or remedy available under applicable disability, civil-rights, consumer-protection, privacy, or other law.

Nothing in this Statement is intended to require a customer to waive a claim, accept an inaccessible experience, or disclose unnecessary disability information.

18. Contact and statement updates

For accessibility feedback or assistance, or for general order support, contact [email protected].

Nudori may update this Statement to reflect changes in the Website, technology, accessibility work, known limitations, support procedures, or applicable requirements. The current version and date will be displayed on nudori.com.

Nudori intends to review the public Statement at least annually and after material changes to its accessibility program or critical digital customer journeys.
