Cookie & Tracking Technologies Notice and Your Privacy Choices

Version 1.0 | Approved November 1, 2026 | Effective November 1, 2026

This Notice explains how Nudori Inc. uses cookies and similar technologies on nudori.com, the purposes for which those technologies are used, the categories of information they may collect, and the choices available to you. It should be read together with the Nudori Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Nudori Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice.

Important:

The technologies that are actually active, their providers, purposes, categories, and available durations are shown in the Cookie Settings or Your Privacy Choices interface on nudori.com. Nudori does not activate an analytics, advertising, session-replay, or identity-enrichment technology merely because it is described as a possible category in this Notice.

1. Scope

This Notice applies to cookies and similar technologies used on nudori.com and on Nudori-controlled web pages that link to this Notice.

It does not govern cookies or tracking technologies used independently by Amazon, TikTok Shop, social-media platforms, carriers, payment providers, marketplaces, retailers, or other third-party websites and applications. Those parties provide their own privacy notices and controls.

The Website is currently focused on direct-to-consumer sales in the United States. The consent experience may vary based on applicable law, the approximate location associated with the browser or device, and the technologies active at the time of the visit.

2. Relationship to other Nudori privacy notices

This Notice supplements the Nudori Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains the broader categories of personal information Nudori collects, the purposes for which information is used, the parties with whom it may be disclosed, retention practices, and privacy rights.

The Nudori Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice separately addresses consumer health data, including certain skin-reaction symptoms, treatment information, and body-area images where applicable. Nudori does not use consumer health data for targeted advertising or audience enrichment.

If this Notice conflicts with the Privacy Policy concerning the overall processing of personal information, the Privacy Policy controls. If a specific Cookie Settings entry provides more detailed information about an active technology, that entry controls with respect to the technology identified there.

3. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files or data records stored on or associated with a browser or device. They can help a website recognize a browser, remember a preference, maintain a shopping cart, support checkout, measure performance, or understand interactions over time.

Nudori may also use technologies that operate differently from a traditional browser cookie. In this Notice, “cookies and similar technologies” includes, as applicable:

  • browser cookies;
  • pixels, tags, web beacons, and clear GIFs;
  • local storage, session storage, and similar browser storage;
  • software development kits used in an approved application or embedded service;
  • device, browser, network, and advertising identifiers;
  • server logs and security telemetry;
  • campaign parameters and referral identifiers;
  • conversion APIs and approved server-side event transmission;
  • email open or link technologies; and
  • other approved technologies that perform a comparable function.

4. First-party and third-party technologies

A first-party technology is set or controlled directly through a Nudori domain or by a provider acting on Nudori’s behalf. A third-party technology is set or controlled by another organization whose service is integrated with the Website.

Third-party providers may process information under contracts with Nudori, under their own privacy terms, or both, depending on the service and applicable law. The Cookie Settings interface identifies the active provider and category where a third-party technology is used.

The appearance of a third-party name in Cookie Settings does not mean that Nudori endorses all of that provider’s products or independent activities.

5. Session and persistent technologies

A session cookie or technology generally expires when the browser session ends or after a short period of inactivity.

A persistent cookie or technology remains for a defined period or until it is deleted, replaced, or expires. Persistent technologies may remember a privacy choice, cart state, account session, language, fraud signal, or marketing preference.

The duration of an active technology is shown in Cookie Settings where available. A provider may update a technical duration, but Nudori reviews material changes through its vendor and privacy change-control process.

6. Categories used by Nudori

Nudori groups active technologies into categories based on their primary purpose. A technology may perform more than one function; Nudori assigns it to the category that best reflects how it is used on the Website.

The core categories are strictly necessary, functional, analytics, and advertising. Social-media and embedded-content technologies may be placed in the functional or advertising category depending on how they operate.

7. Strictly necessary technologies

Strictly necessary technologies support the core operation, security, and delivery of the Website and the services requested by the visitor. They are not used for ordinary cross-context behavioral advertising.

These technologies may be used to:

  • maintain the shopping cart and checkout flow;
  • process or route a payment request through an approved payment provider;
  • authenticate an account and maintain a secure session;
  • detect fraud, credential abuse, bots, attacks, and suspicious transactions;
  • balance traffic and maintain Website availability;
  • remember the visitor’s cookie and privacy choices;
  • process a privacy, security, accessibility, or support request;
  • retain evidence of consent or an opt-out choice;
  • prevent duplicate submissions and protect forms;
  • calculate shipping or tax where needed to complete the requested transaction;
  • maintain accessibility and core interface functions; and
  • comply with applicable legal, accounting, security, or regulatory obligations.

Why they cannot be disabled through Cookie Settings

Disabling a strictly necessary technology through the Website would prevent or materially impair the service requested by the visitor. Browser-level blocking may still affect these technologies, but the Website may no longer function correctly.

8. Functional technologies

Functional technologies support optional or enhanced Website features that are not always required to complete a basic purchase.

Depending on the features active at launch or introduced later, they may:

  • remember display, region, language, shade, size, or other preferences;
  • support an optional chat, help, or customer-service feature;
  • remember recently viewed products or non-sensitive personalization choices;
  • support wishlist, recommendation, or comparison features;
  • remember an accessibility preference;
  • support embedded media or interactive product guidance; and
  • improve continuity between pages during the same visit.

Control of functional technologies

Functional technologies are controlled according to the available setting and applicable law. Disabling them may remove or reduce the related feature without preventing core shopping and checkout functions.

9. Analytics technologies

Analytics technologies help Nudori understand how the Website performs and how visitors interact with pages and features. Nudori uses approved analytics tools only when they appear in its maintained vendor and data register.

Analytics may be used to:

  • count visits, sessions, and page views;
  • understand navigation paths and product-page engagement;
  • measure Website speed, errors, and technical performance;
  • identify broken links or usability problems;
  • understand general device, browser, and approximate geographic patterns;
  • measure the effectiveness of content, campaigns, and site changes;
  • conduct controlled A/B or usability testing where approved; and
  • produce aggregated or deidentified business reports.

Analytics controls

Analytics technologies are controlled according to applicable consent rules, the visitor’s location, and the choices available through Cookie Settings. Nudori does not describe an analytics technology as disabled when the Website or provider continues to deploy it for the same analytics purpose.

10. Advertising and targeted-advertising technologies

Advertising technologies may help Nudori measure ads, attribute visits or purchases to campaigns, avoid repeatedly showing the same advertisement, create permitted audiences, or provide advertising based on interactions across websites or services.

Depending on the active tools and applicable law, advertising technologies may process:

  • cookie and device identifiers;
  • IP address and approximate location;
  • browser and device information;
  • page views and product interactions;
  • cart or checkout events that do not include raw payment credentials;
  • purchase and campaign-attribution events;
  • ad impressions, clicks, and referral information; and
  • limited inferences about product interests.

Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising

Nudori does not sell personal information for money. However, disclosure of identifiers and online activity to an advertising partner may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for targeted advertising under certain U.S. state privacy laws even when no money is exchanged.

Where applicable, you may opt out through Your Privacy Choices or a recognized browser-based opt-out preference signal.

No conditioning of purchase

Nudori does not require consent to advertising technologies as a condition of purchasing an ordinary product. A visitor who rejects advertising technologies may continue to use core Website and checkout functions, subject to strictly necessary technologies.

11. Social media and embedded content

The Website may contain links, buttons, videos, widgets, or other content supplied by social-media or media providers.

A simple link does not necessarily set a cookie before it is selected. An embedded player, social widget, or similar feature may communicate with the third-party provider when the feature loads or is used.

Where required, nonessential embedded technologies are blocked until the applicable choice is made. If you interact with a third-party feature, that provider may receive information under its own privacy terms.

12. Email technologies

Nudori and its approved email service provider may use limited technologies in emails to understand delivery, opens, link clicks, unsubscribes, and campaign performance.

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe method. Unsubscribing from promotional email does not stop transactional messages reasonably necessary for orders, payment, shipping, returns, refunds, account security, privacy requests, product-safety notices, or customer support.

Blocking images or using privacy-protective email settings may reduce or prevent certain open-tracking signals, but link clicks or delivery events may still be recorded by the service provider.

Nudori does not place consumer health data, intimate support images, raw payment credentials, or account passwords into advertising email audiences.

13. Server-side events and hashed identifiers

Some approved analytics or advertising services may receive events through a server-to-server connection rather than directly through a browser cookie. These connections are sometimes described as conversion APIs or server-side tracking.

Where active and permitted, Nudori limits the event and data fields to those approved in its vendor and data register. An identifier may be transformed or hashed before transmission, but hashing does not necessarily make information anonymous.

A browser opt-out or Your Privacy Choices setting must be transmitted to applicable server-side integrations so that Nudori does not continue the same opted-out targeted-advertising or sale/share processing through a separate server pathway.

Nudori does not intentionally transmit raw payment-card numbers, card security codes, passwords, private support messages, reaction photos, or consumer health data through advertising conversion APIs.

14. Information collected through these technologies

Depending on the category and active provider, cookies and similar technologies may collect or generate:

  • cookie, browser, session, device, and advertising identifiers;
  • IP address and approximate city, state, region, or country;
  • browser type, operating system, screen size, device type, and language;
  • referring and exit pages;
  • dates, times, and duration of interactions;
  • pages, products, buttons, links, and features viewed or selected;
  • shopping-cart and checkout status;
  • campaign, affiliate, and referral parameters;
  • advertisement impressions, clicks, and conversion events;
  • performance, error, crash, and diagnostic information;
  • consent, opt-out, and preference records; and
  • inferences about product or content interests where permitted.

15. Information Nudori does not intentionally send to advertising or analytics providers

Nudori configures its Website and approved providers so that ordinary analytics and advertising tools do not intentionally receive:

  • full raw payment-card numbers or card security codes;
  • account passwords or security credentials;
  • the content of private customer-support messages;
  • skin-reaction descriptions or treatment information;
  • intimate or body-area support photographs;
  • consumer health data submitted through a safety or support process;
  • government identification submitted for a verified privacy request;
  • the contents of a privacy-rights request; or
  • other form fields that Nudori has classified as sensitive.

Data minimization

Nudori reviews data fields, tags, URLs, and event parameters before activating a provider and after material Website changes. If a provider receives information inconsistent with this Notice, Nudori investigates, corrects the configuration, and takes other appropriate action.

16. Sensitive pages and forms

Nudori restricts or disables nonessential tracking on pages and workflows that are likely to contain sensitive information, including, as applicable:

  • payment-entry and checkout credential fields;
  • account password and authentication pages;
  • privacy request and identity-verification forms;
  • secure product-safety or skin-reaction upload pages;
  • intimate-image or sensitive-support upload routes;
  • internal customer-service and administrator systems; and
  • other pages designated as sensitive through Nudori’s privacy and security review.

Necessary security telemetry

Restricting nonessential tracking does not prevent Nudori from using necessary security, fraud-prevention, access-control, error, or consent-management technologies on these pages.

17. Session replay and heatmaps

Nudori does not use session-replay or heatmap recording software at initial launch.

Session replay can reconstruct or visualize interactions such as clicks, scrolling, navigation, and form behavior. Nudori will not introduce this capability without Privacy, Security, and Legal review.

If session replay or heatmaps are introduced later, Nudori will:

  • update this Notice and Cookie Settings before activation;
  • provide any consent or opt-out required by applicable law;
  • exclude checkout, payment, password, privacy-request, support-upload, and sensitive pages;
  • mask or block form inputs and customer-entered text;
  • prohibit capture of intimate images and consumer health data;
  • limit provider access, use, and retention; and
  • test the configuration before and after material Website changes.

18. Identity resolution and enrichment

Nudori does not use third-party identity-resolution, email-identification, or data-enrichment services at initial launch.

These services may attempt to associate browsing activity with an email address, household, identity, or information collected elsewhere. Nudori will not introduce such a service without Privacy, Security, and Legal review, an updated vendor register, appropriate notice, and any consent or opt-out controls required by law.

Nudori will not use identity enrichment to infer a customer’s health condition, pregnancy, breastfeeding status, medical treatment, or other sensitive characteristic from ordinary browsing or purchase activity.

Nudori uses a consent-management setup designed to apply the appropriate behavior based on applicable law, location, and customer choice.

The core rules are:

  • strictly necessary technologies remain active because they support the service requested by the visitor;
  • where opt-in consent is required, nonessential categories remain disabled until the visitor makes the applicable choice;
  • where opt-out rights apply, the visitor can opt out through Your Privacy Choices;
  • rejecting nonessential technologies is presented in a manner that is reasonably as accessible as accepting them;
  • choices are not obtained through a deceptive design intended to impair customer autonomy;
  • a visitor can later withdraw or change a nonessential consent through Cookie Settings;
  • Nudori does not treat silence or continued browsing as consent where affirmative consent is legally required;
  • the Website records the preference and applicable consent version; and
  • the technical configuration must match the choice displayed to the visitor.

20. Your Privacy Choices

The Website footer provides a Your Privacy Choices link or equivalent privacy-control interface.

Depending on applicable law and the technologies active, the interface may allow you to:

  • accept or reject nonessential cookie categories;
  • change functional, analytics, or advertising preferences;
  • opt out of targeted advertising;
  • opt out of disclosures treated as sale or sharing;
  • review active technology categories and providers;
  • review the purpose and duration of a listed technology; and
  • access the broader privacy request process.

Scope of the choice

A cookie preference usually applies to the browser and device on which it is made. If you clear cookies, use another browser, use a different device, browse in private mode, or prevent the preference cookie from being stored, you may need to set the choice again.

Where Nudori can reasonably associate a privacy choice with an authenticated account, it may apply the choice more broadly. Device- or browser-specific technologies may still require a separate choice on each device or browser.

No retaliation

Nudori does not deny an ordinary product purchase, charge a different price, or provide a lower-quality core service solely because a visitor rejects nonessential advertising or analytics technologies. Some optional features or personalization may not work without the technology that supports them.

21. Global Privacy Control and universal opt-out signals

Global Privacy Control, or GPC, is a browser- or device-based signal that can communicate a preference to opt out of certain sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising processing.

Nudori recognizes and honors a valid GPC signal as an applicable opt-out request for the browser or device sending the signal. Where technically feasible, Nudori applies this as a nationwide privacy preference for the relevant browser or device even when a particular state law does not independently require it.

Where Nudori can reasonably associate the signal with an authenticated account, Nudori may apply the preference at the account level. The signal does not automatically identify every other browser or device used by the same person.

GPC affects the processing covered by the signal. It does not disable strictly necessary technologies, erase information already collected, or submit a request to access or delete personal information. Those requests may be made through the process described in the Privacy Policy.

22. Browser and device controls

Most browsers allow users to view, block, limit, or delete cookies. Mobile devices may also provide controls for advertising identifiers, tracking permissions, or application access.

Using browser or device controls can affect Website operation. For example:

  • blocking all cookies may prevent cart, checkout, login, or consent preferences from working;
  • deleting cookies may remove saved choices and require them to be made again;
  • private-browsing mode may end or reset preferences when the session closes;
  • blocking local storage may affect optional functionality;
  • disabling an advertising identifier can reduce cross-application advertising measurement; and
  • browser extensions may block technologies beyond the choice selected in Nudori Cookie Settings.

Browser controls do not replace Website choices

Browser-level blocking can be useful, but it may not communicate a legal opt-out request to every provider or server-side integration. Use Your Privacy Choices or a recognized universal opt-out signal where you want Nudori to record the applicable preference.

23. Advertising-industry and platform controls

Advertising platforms, device providers, and industry organizations may provide their own advertising preference or opt-out tools.

Those tools operate independently from Nudori and may apply only to participating companies, a particular account, browser, device, or advertising identifier.

Using a third-party opt-out tool does not necessarily withdraw consent or submit a legal privacy request directly to Nudori. Use Your Privacy Choices for Nudori-specific controls.

24. Contextual advertising after an opt-out

Opting out of targeted advertising does not mean that you will stop seeing all advertisements.

Nudori or another party may continue to show advertising based on non-personalized or contextual factors, such as:

  • the content of the page being viewed;
  • the general audience of a website or application;
  • broad non-sensitive geographic information;
  • the time of day; or
  • a campaign that is not based on cross-site or cross-context behavioral information.

Previously collected information

An opt-out generally applies prospectively. It does not automatically delete information previously collected or processed. Where you have a legal right to deletion, submit a separate deletion request through the Privacy Policy process.

25. Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit a Do Not Track signal. There is no single universally adopted technical or legal standard for how every website must respond to a general Do Not Track signal.

Nudori does not treat a generic Do Not Track signal as a substitute for a recognized GPC or other legally recognized universal opt-out mechanism.

Nudori responds to GPC and other applicable signals as described in this Notice.

Cookies and similar technologies are retained for a period appropriate to their purpose, applicable law, the active provider configuration, and Nudori’s internal retention requirements.

Examples include:

  • session technologies that expire when the session ends;
  • security or fraud indicators retained for a reasonable period to detect repeated abuse;
  • cart or account technologies retained long enough to support the requested feature;
  • consent records retained to demonstrate and honor a privacy choice;
  • analytics identifiers retained according to approved settings and applicable consent;
  • advertising identifiers retained according to approved provider settings and applicable opt-outs; and
  • server logs retained for security, availability, fraud, troubleshooting, or legal purposes.

Technology-specific durations

The Cookie Settings interface lists the active technology duration where that information is available. The listed duration is a maximum technical lifetime; a cookie may be removed earlier by the visitor, browser, provider, or Nudori.

Nudori may store a record of the choice made through its consent-management system. This record may include:

  • the consent or notice version;
  • the categories accepted or rejected;
  • the date and time of the choice;
  • a consent-management identifier;
  • browser, device, region, or jurisdiction information needed to apply the choice; and
  • evidence that an opt-out signal was received and honored.

Purpose of the record

Consent records are used to remember and apply the visitor’s preference, demonstrate compliance, investigate configuration issues, and prevent the same choice from being requested unnecessarily on every page.

28. Effects of disabling technologies

Rejecting nonessential technologies should not prevent core browsing, cart, checkout, payment, order, return, privacy-request, or product-safety functions.

However, disabling functional or analytics technologies may affect:

  • saved display or preference settings;
  • optional chat or embedded media;
  • personalized product suggestions;
  • wishlist or recently viewed features;
  • the accuracy of Website performance measurement;
  • campaign attribution; and
  • the ability to remember preferences across browsers or devices.

Support for unexpected problems

If a core Website function does not work after nonessential technologies are rejected, contact [email protected]. Nudori will investigate whether the function has been incorrectly tied to a nonessential category.

29. Security and fraud-prevention signals

Nudori and approved security providers may use device, network, transaction, and behavioral signals to detect bots, account takeover, payment fraud, promotion abuse, return abuse, malicious traffic, and other security threats.

These security uses may be classified as strictly necessary when they are reasonably required to protect the Website, customers, transactions, or Nudori.

Nudori does not use security data as a pretext for ordinary targeted advertising. Material customer decisions, such as account restrictions or suspected fraud determinations, are subject to appropriate human review under Nudori’s operational procedures.

30. Children and minors

Nudori’s direct-to-consumer Website and purchasing experience are intended for adults age 18 and over.

Nudori does not knowingly use cookies or similar technologies to sell or share for targeted advertising the personal information of individuals under 16.

If Nudori learns that information from a child or minor has been collected in a manner inconsistent with the Privacy Policy or applicable law, Nudori will take appropriate steps to address the information and related technologies.

31. Marketplace and third-party sites

Nudori products may be available through Amazon, TikTok Shop, another marketplace, a social-media platform, or another retailer.

The cookies and tracking technologies used on those websites or applications are controlled by the applicable third party. Nudori does not control the third party’s cookie banner, advertising identifiers, account settings, or privacy-choice interface.

Nudori may receive order, advertising, campaign, or performance information from a marketplace or platform according to the relationship with that party and the Nudori Privacy Policy.

32. Accessibility of privacy choices

Nudori aims to make its cookie banner, Cookie Settings, and Your Privacy Choices interface accessible and usable.

The privacy controls should support, as applicable:

  • keyboard navigation;
  • visible focus indicators;
  • meaningful labels and headings;
  • screen-reader compatibility;
  • sufficient color contrast;
  • plain-language category descriptions;
  • a clear method to accept, reject, or change a choice; and
  • a customer-support route when a visitor cannot use the interface.

Accessibility assistance

If you experience an accessibility barrier when using Cookie Settings or Your Privacy Choices, contact [email protected] and identify the page, control, or task that presented the barrier. Do not provide unnecessary medical or disability information.

33. Changes to this Notice

Nudori may update this Notice prospectively to reflect changes in technology, vendors, Website features, legal requirements, or privacy practices.

Nudori will update the version or effective date and provide additional notice or obtain new consent where required by law.

Nudori will not use a previously obtained consent for a materially different purpose when applicable law requires new consent.

The Cookie Settings interface may be updated more frequently than this Notice to reflect provider, purpose, category, or duration changes. Material changes remain subject to Nudori’s vendor, privacy, security, and legal review.
