Product Safety, Use & Care Guidelines

Version 1.0 | Approved November 1, 2026 | Effective November 1, 2026

Nudori products are designed to help customers wear clothing with greater comfort and confidence. Because several Nudori products are worn directly against the skin or use adhesive materials, correct application, wear, removal, cleaning, and storage are important.

These Guidelines provide general safety and care information for Nudori products. They must be read together with the product-specific instructions supplied on the product page, packaging, insert, label, or QR-linked guide.

Where a product-specific instruction is more restrictive than these general Guidelines, follow the product-specific instruction.

1. Scope

These Guidelines apply to Nudori products sold directly through nudori.com, including, as applicable:

  • adhesive nipple covers;
  • non-adhesive nipple covers;
  • lift-up adhesive covers;
  • silicone adhesive bras;
  • fabric adhesive bras;
  • boob tape or body tape;
  • bra inserts and push-up pads; and
  • other intimate or direct-skin-contact products offered by Nudori.

Not every rule applies to every product. Always review the instructions for the exact product and variation being used.

Product-safety concerns may be reported to Nudori regardless of whether the product was purchased through nudori.com, Amazon, TikTok Shop, or another authorized sales channel.

Transaction-level refunds or replacements may need to be processed through the channel where the product was purchased.

2. Important safety notice

Nudori products are fashion and intimate-wear accessories. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a disease or medical condition.

These Guidelines are not medical advice.

Individual skin sensitivity varies. A product that is comfortable for one person may not be appropriate for another person.

Correct use and patch testing may reduce certain risks, but they cannot guarantee that a reaction will not occur.

If you are uncertain whether a product is appropriate for you, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before use.

3. Adult-use posture

Nudori's direct-to-consumer products and purchasing experience are intended for adults age 18 and over.

Keep products, adhesive materials, protective films, clips, inserts, packaging, and other small components away from children and pets.

Nudori products should not be used by a minor without appropriate adult and healthcare-professional consideration where needed.

4. Read the product-specific instructions

Before using a Nudori product:

1. read the product page and all packaging or insert instructions;

2. confirm that you have the correct product, size, shape, shade, and variation;

3. review the listed materials;

4. review any patch-testing requirement;

5. review the permitted application areas;

6. review the approved wear guidance;

7. understand the correct removal process; and

8. confirm whether the product is reusable or single-use.

Do not rely on instructions for another Nudori product or a visually similar third-party product. Different products may use different adhesives, materials, structures, or removal methods.

5. Inspect the product before use

Before first use and before each reuse, inspect the product carefully.

Do not use the product if:

  • the product appears damaged, torn, deformed, contaminated, or incomplete;
  • the adhesive surface appears abnormal or materially compromised;
  • a clip, strap, fastener, or other component is damaged;
  • the packaging or factory seal appears tampered with before first use;
  • the product contains unexpected debris, discoloration, odor, or residue;
  • the product does not match what was ordered; or
  • another condition makes the product appear unsafe or unsuitable for use.

Contact [email protected] before using a product that may be defective, damaged, contaminated, or incorrect.

Retain the product packaging until you have inspected and initially used the product. The packaging may contain the product name, SKU, lot code, batch code, care instructions, or other information needed to investigate a concern.

6. Use only on intended areas

Use each Nudori product only on the body areas and in the manner identified in its product-specific instructions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise for the product, Nudori products are for external use only.

Do not apply a Nudori product:

  • in or around the eyes;
  • inside the mouth;
  • on mucous membranes;
  • on the genital area;
  • internally;
  • on an area not identified in the product instructions; or
  • in any manner that could restrict breathing or circulation.

Do not modify, combine, cut, heat, layer, or apply the product in a manner not authorized by the instructions, except where cutting or adjustment is expressly part of the approved application process.

7. Skin condition before application

Adhesive and direct-skin-contact products should be applied only to skin that is:

  • clean;
  • dry;
  • intact;
  • free from active irritation; and
  • suitable for the intended product.

Unless the product instructions expressly state otherwise, avoid applying lotions, oils, creams, powders, perfumes, or other substances to the application area immediately before using an adhesive product. These substances may affect adhesion, removal, performance, and skin comfort.

Allow the skin to cool and dry after bathing, exercise, sweating, or exposure to heat before applying an adhesive product.

8. When not to use the product

Do not apply an adhesive or direct-skin-contact Nudori product to:

  • broken or abraded skin;
  • open wounds;
  • cuts or scratches;
  • active rashes;
  • skin that is already red, swollen, burning, painful, or irritated;
  • sunburned skin;
  • infected skin;
  • recently injured skin;
  • an area with unexplained blistering or peeling; or
  • any area specifically contraindicated in the product instructions.

Do not use a product if you know you are sensitive or allergic to:

  • its adhesive;
  • silicone;
  • fabric;
  • dyes;
  • cleaning agents;
  • remover ingredients; or
  • another listed material.

Nudori does not represent that its products are appropriate for every skin type.

A product will not be marketed as suitable for sensitive skin, hypoallergenic, dermatologist tested, medical grade, non-toxic, or similar unless Nudori has approved product-specific support for that exact claim.

9. Pregnancy, breastfeeding, surgery, and medical concerns

Nudori does not claim that its products are safe or appropriate for every person who is:

  • pregnant;
  • breastfeeding or lactating;
  • recovering from surgery;
  • undergoing medical treatment;
  • living with a skin condition;
  • experiencing breast or chest pain;
  • using medication that affects the skin; or
  • managing another relevant medical concern.

Consult an appropriate healthcare professional before use if any of these circumstances apply to you.

Do not apply adhesive products over or near:

  • a healing surgical site;
  • a medical device;
  • a dressing;
  • an incision;
  • an area where sensation is reduced; or
  • another medically sensitive area

unless an appropriate healthcare professional has confirmed that the intended use is suitable.

Do not apply adhesive directly to the nipple or areola while breastfeeding or in a manner that could expose an infant to adhesive, residue, remover, or product materials.

10. Patch testing adhesive products

A patch test is strongly recommended before the first full wear of an adhesive Nudori product, particularly for:

  • boob or body tape;
  • lift-up adhesive covers;
  • adhesive bras;
  • customers who have not previously used a similar adhesive; and
  • customers with a history of skin or adhesive sensitivity.

Follow the patch-test instructions supplied with the specific product.

A general patch-test process may include:

1. selecting a small, discreet area of clean, dry, intact skin;

2. applying a small section or edge of the product as directed;

3. wearing it only for the product-specific patch-test period;

4. removing it slowly using the approved method; and

5. observing the skin before proceeding with full application.

Do not proceed with full use if the patch test causes:

  • itching;
  • burning;
  • redness;
  • swelling;
  • pain;
  • blistering;
  • peeling;
  • skin stripping; or
  • another concerning symptom.

Passing a patch test does not guarantee that a reaction will not develop during longer wear, repeated use, heat, sweating, or removal.

11. Adhesive nipple covers and adhesive bras

When using an adhesive nipple cover or adhesive bra:

  • confirm that the skin is clean, dry, and free from products that may interfere with adhesion;
  • position the product carefully before pressing it fully into place;
  • avoid repeatedly removing and reapplying the product during one wear unless the instructions permit it;
  • do not use excessive pressure to force adhesion;
  • do not use the product on irritated or damaged skin;
  • follow the product-specific fit, placement, wear, and removal instructions;
  • remove the product immediately if you experience pain, burning, or another reaction; and
  • clean and store reusable products only as directed.

Do not assume that every adhesive bra or nipple cover has the same adhesive strength, wear duration, water resistance, or reuse capacity.

12. Non-adhesive nipple covers

Non-adhesive nipple covers do not contain the same adhesive risks as adhesive products, but they are still direct-skin-contact intimate products.

Before use:

  • inspect the product for contamination, tears, deformation, or damage;
  • apply only to clean, dry, intact skin;
  • use the correct size and orientation;
  • make sure the product sits comfortably and does not cause excessive pressure or friction; and
  • follow the cleaning and storage instructions for the specific product.

Do not share direct-skin-contact products with another person.

Stop using a non-adhesive product if it causes:

  • persistent redness;
  • pressure discomfort;
  • friction;
  • irritation;
  • trapped moisture discomfort; or
  • another unexpected reaction.

13. Lift-up adhesive covers

Lift-up adhesive covers may use stronger adhesion or create additional tension compared with ordinary nipple covers.

When using a lift-up product:

  • patch test before first full use;
  • follow the approved placement pattern;
  • do not pull or stretch the skin beyond what is comfortable;
  • do not create excessive tension to achieve more lift;
  • make sure the product does not restrict natural movement or breathing;
  • follow the product-specific maximum wear instructions;
  • remove it immediately if you experience pain, burning, numbness, blistering, or excessive pulling; and
  • use the approved removal method.

More lift or tighter application does not necessarily mean safer or better performance.

14. Boob tape and body tape

Boob tape and body tape are strong adhesive products and must be used carefully.

Nipple protection is required

Do not apply strong lifting or body tape directly over the nipple.

Use an appropriate compatible nipple cover or protective barrier underneath the tape, as directed.

Avoid excessive stretch

Do not overstretch the tape.

Excessive stretching may create unnecessary tension on the skin and can increase the risk of:

  • pain;
  • blistering;
  • skin irritation;
  • skin pulling;
  • skin stripping; or
  • injury during wear or removal.

The tape should provide support without causing pain, numbness, restricted movement, or breathing discomfort.

Do not wrap tightly around the body

Do not wrap tape completely around the chest, torso, or another body part in a manner that may restrict:

  • breathing;
  • circulation;
  • normal movement; or
  • safe removal.

Use only as instructed

Do not:

  • use tape on broken or irritated skin;
  • apply it directly over the nipple;
  • use it on an unauthorized body area;
  • use multiple layers beyond the approved application method;
  • deliberately heat the tape to increase adhesion;
  • rapidly pull it from the skin; or
  • reuse a section of tape identified as single-use.

15. Bra inserts and push-up pads

Bra inserts and push-up pads may be adhesive or non-adhesive.

Follow the rules applicable to the exact SKU.

For an adhesive insert:

  • patch test where directed;
  • apply only to clean, dry, intact skin or fabric as specified;
  • follow the approved removal and cleaning instructions; and
  • discontinue use if the adhesive becomes damaged or contaminated.

For a non-adhesive insert:

  • confirm that it is positioned securely;
  • inspect it for damage or contamination before use;
  • clean and dry it as directed; and
  • discontinue use if it causes pressure, friction, or discomfort.

Do not assume that a product intended for placement inside clothing is also approved for direct skin application.

16. Wear duration

Follow the maximum wear duration stated in the instructions for the exact Nudori product.

Do not extend wear beyond the approved period merely because the product remains attached.

Wear duration can be affected by:

  • adhesive strength;
  • skin sensitivity;
  • body movement;
  • heat;
  • humidity;
  • perspiration;
  • water exposure;
  • product placement;
  • repeated use; and
  • individual comfort.

If no numerical wear duration is stated for the product, do not assume that extended or overnight wear is appropriate. Use the product only for the intended occasion, remove it promptly after use, and contact Nudori before prolonged wear if clarification is needed.

Remove the product sooner than the stated maximum if you experience:

  • itching;
  • burning;
  • pain;
  • numbness;
  • swelling;
  • blistering;
  • excessive pulling;
  • trapped moisture;
  • skin discomfort; or
  • another unexpected symptom.

Do not sleep in an adhesive product unless the product-specific instructions expressly permit overnight use.

17. Heat, sweat, water, and moisture

Do not assume that every Nudori product is waterproof, water-resistant, or sweatproof.

These descriptions apply only where expressly stated for the specific product and supported by the product's approved instructions.

Even when a product is described as waterproof, water-resistant, or sweat-resistant:

  • skin reactions remain possible;
  • heat may affect adhesion;
  • moisture can become trapped against the skin;
  • sweat may affect skin comfort;
  • removal may become more difficult; and
  • the product must still be removed within the approved wear period.

Do not deliberately heat an adhesive product or the application area with:

  • a hair dryer;
  • heating pad;
  • sauna;
  • hot tool; or
  • another external heat source

to increase adhesion, unless expressly directed in the product instructions.

If moisture becomes trapped or you experience discomfort, remove the product safely rather than waiting for the maximum wear period.

18. Safe removal of adhesive products

Improper removal may cause pain, irritation, blistering, peeling, or skin injury.

Never:

  • rip an adhesive product from the skin;
  • remove it rapidly;
  • remove it by force;
  • continue pulling through sharp pain; or
  • assume that water alone is an adequate removal method.

Follow the removal instructions supplied with the specific product.

Where the instructions call for an oil or adhesive remover:

1. use only a compatible product;

2. apply enough to loosen the adhesive as directed;

3. allow it to work for the stated period;

4. support the skin with one hand;

5. peel the product back slowly and gently, keeping it close to the skin where appropriate; and

6. pause and apply additional remover if the product resists.

Stop removal and seek appropriate assistance if:

  • the skin begins to tear;
  • severe pain occurs;
  • blistering develops;
  • significant bleeding occurs; or
  • the product cannot be removed safely.

After removal, gently clean the skin according to the product instructions. Do not immediately reapply an adhesive product to irritated skin.

19. Cleaning reusable products

Only products expressly described as reusable should be cleaned and reused.

Follow the exact cleaning instructions for the product.

Unless the product instructions permit otherwise:

  • do not use bleach;
  • do not use abrasive cleaning tools;
  • do not use harsh solvents;
  • do not use alcohol-based products on adhesive surfaces;
  • do not machine wash;
  • do not place the product in a clothes dryer;
  • do not scrape the adhesive;
  • do not use excessive heat; and
  • do not clean the product with a method intended for another product.

Allow the product to dry completely before storage or reuse.

Where supplied, replace the protective liner only after the product is clean and fully dry.

Do not reuse a product if it:

  • remains contaminated;
  • has an unusual odor;
  • is torn;
  • is deformed;
  • has uneven or damaged adhesive;
  • no longer adheres safely;
  • causes discomfort that did not occur previously; or
  • has otherwise reached the end of its usable life.

20. Reuse expectations

The word reusable does not mean that a product will last indefinitely.

The number of possible reuses may vary based on:

  • skin preparation;
  • cleaning;
  • storage;
  • adhesive care;
  • body oils;
  • sweat;
  • water exposure;
  • handling;
  • application technique; and
  • product condition.

Nudori will state a specific reuse number or range only where that claim has been approved for the exact product and the stated care conditions.

If no numerical reuse claim is provided, the product may be described only as reusable with proper care, where accurate.

Do not continue reusing a product simply to reach an advertised number if the product has become damaged, contaminated, uncomfortable, or unsuitable for safe use.

21. Single-use and consumable products

Products or product portions identified as single-use or consumable must not be reused.

This may include:

  • cut sections of boob or body tape;
  • disposable adhesive components;
  • single-use protective items; or
  • other products identified as disposable.

After use:

  • remove the product safely;
  • dispose of it in household waste unless other instructions apply;
  • do not flush it; and
  • keep used adhesive products away from children and pets.

22. Storage

Store Nudori products according to the product-specific instructions.

Unless directed otherwise:

  • keep the product clean and dry;
  • keep it away from excessive heat;
  • keep it away from direct sunlight;
  • keep adhesive surfaces covered with their protective liners;
  • store reusable products in the case or packaging provided;
  • keep components together;
  • protect the product from dust, lint, hair, and contamination; and
  • do not place heavy objects on products that may deform.

Do not use a product that has been stored in a manner that materially damages or contaminates it.

23. Do not share intimate products

Do not share products intended for direct breast, nipple, or intimate skin contact with another person.

This includes reusable products, even if they appear clean.

Sharing may create hygiene, contamination, fit, or skin-sensitivity concerns and may make the product unsuitable for further use.

24. Stop-use and skin-reaction procedure

Stop using the product immediately if you experience:

  • redness;
  • itching;
  • burning;
  • pain;
  • swelling;
  • blistering;
  • peeling;
  • skin stripping;
  • numbness;
  • significant discomfort;
  • a spreading rash; or
  • another unexpected reaction.

Remove the product using the approved method.

Do not:

  • reapply it to the same area;
  • use a different adhesive product on the irritated area;
  • continue wearing it to see whether the reaction becomes worse; or
  • reapply it merely to photograph or prove the reaction.

Allow the affected area to recover.

Seek appropriate medical attention when symptoms are severe, persistent, spreading, worsening, or otherwise concerning.

Seek urgent medical assistance for symptoms such as:

  • difficulty breathing;
  • facial or throat swelling;
  • a severe allergic reaction;
  • severe blistering or skin injury;
  • intense or increasing pain; or
  • another medical emergency.

25. Reporting a product-safety concern

Contact [email protected] if you experience a reaction, injury, unusual product performance, or another product-safety concern.

Nudori may request:

  • your order number;
  • the product name and SKU;
  • the lot or batch code;
  • whether it was the first use or a reuse;
  • approximate wear duration;
  • how the product was applied;
  • the removal method used;
  • a description of the symptoms;
  • when the symptoms began;
  • whether medical attention was sought; and
  • an optional photograph when reasonably useful.

Do not reapply the product to reproduce the issue.

Do not send intimate photographs through social media comments, public posts, or another public channel.

If an image is reasonably necessary, Nudori will provide or direct you to an appropriate secure submission method. Send only the minimum information needed to review the concern.

Private safety reports, body-area photographs, and support messages will not be used for advertising or marketing without separate express permission.

Serious injury, medical-treatment reports, suspected product hazards, and repeated similar reports are escalated internally for prompt Product, Quality, and legal review.

26. Remedies for product-safety concerns

Safety concerns are handled separately from ordinary personal-reason returns.

Opening or using a product does not automatically eliminate a remedy for:

  • a confirmed defect;
  • an incorrect product;
  • product damage;
  • an approved skin-reaction case; or
  • another legitimate safety concern.

After basic verification, Nudori may offer:

  • a refund for the affected item;
  • an appropriate replacement;
  • a suitable alternative; or
  • another reasonable remedy.

Nudori will not normally require an opened reaction product to be returned.

If Product or Quality review reasonably requires retrieval of the product, Nudori will provide and pay for the authorized return method.

Additional details are provided in the Nudori Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy.

27. Performance and product claims

Product results can vary based on:

  • body shape;
  • breast size;
  • skin condition;
  • garment type;
  • application technique;
  • product size;
  • movement;
  • heat;
  • moisture; and
  • individual preference.

Only rely on performance descriptions displayed for the specific Nudori product.

A description applied to one product does not automatically apply to another.

Nudori will publish numerical or objective claims - such as:

  • maximum wear time;
  • number of reuses;
  • waterproof performance;
  • sweat resistance;
  • adhesive duration;
  • sensitive-skin suitability; or
  • testing or material claims

only when the claim has been approved for the exact product and conditions of use.

A disclaimer does not make an unsupported product claim accurate. Objective product and safety claims should have an adequate basis before they are presented to customers.

28. Misuse and failure to follow instructions

Nudori cannot guarantee product performance or safety when a product is:

  • used on an unauthorized body area;
  • worn longer than directed;
  • used on damaged or irritated skin;
  • applied without required nipple protection;
  • overstretched;
  • reused when identified as single-use;
  • shared with another person;
  • removed improperly;
  • cleaned using an unauthorized method;
  • modified contrary to instructions; or
  • used after becoming contaminated or damaged.

This section does not eliminate remedies for a product defect, a Nudori-caused problem, an approved safety concern, or a right that cannot lawfully be waived.

29. Product and instruction updates

Nudori may update these Guidelines or product-specific instructions to reflect:

  • product improvements;
  • new safety information;
  • material changes;
  • revised care methods;
  • regulatory requirements; or
  • operational changes.

The current version will be published on nudori.com.

If Nudori issues a product-specific safety notice, stop-use instruction, corrective action, or recall notice, follow that notice even if it differs from earlier instructions supplied with the product.

These Guidelines provide general product-safety, use, and care information.

They do not limit any product-safety, defect, warranty, refund, payment-dispute, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

If applicable law provides greater rights, the applicable law controls.
