This Part A explains how Nudori Inc. ("Nudori," "we," "us," or "our") handles promotional email, any future text-message marketing, product reviews, customer content, creator partnerships, testimonials, product claims, and related marketing activities.

It should be read with the Nudori Privacy Policy, Cookie & Tracking Technologies Notice, Terms of Service, Product Safety, Use & Care Guidelines, and Marketplace Orders & Authorized Sales Channels Policy.

1. Scope

This Notice applies to marketing and promotional activity controlled by Nudori, including:

  • promotional emails sent by or for Nudori;
  • any future promotional SMS or MMS program;
  • abandoned-cart and browse-abandonment marketing;
  • product reviews and ratings hosted by Nudori;
  • customer testimonials and user-generated content used by Nudori;
  • influencer, creator, affiliate, ambassador, and endorsement campaigns;
  • before-and-after imagery, product demonstrations, and performance claims;
  • paid social, search, display, video, print, retail, and marketplace advertising;
  • Nudori-controlled social-media posts, direct messages, communities, and public profiles; and
  • promotions, contests, sweepstakes, giveaways, and referral campaigns if introduced.

This Notice does not control independent communications sent by Amazon, TikTok Shop, another marketplace, a retailer, a carrier, or another third party under its own policies.

2. Current launch status

At initial launch:

  • Nudori may use affirmative opt-in promotional email after the required sender, postal-address, unsubscribe, and suppression controls are operational;
  • Nudori will not send promotional SMS or abandoned-cart SMS;
  • public product reviews will remain disabled until the review platform and operating controls described in Part B are approved and tested;
  • Nudori will not offer incentives for customer reviews;
  • Nudori will not offer unrestricted public profiles, forums, or community posting; and
  • private customer-support communications will remain separate from public and marketing content.

Nudori may introduce a deferred feature later only after updating the relevant notice, consent language, technology, training, and legal review.

Nudori uses an affirmative opt-in model for promotional email at launch. Marketing consent is optional and is not required to complete a purchase, receive customer support, exercise a return or privacy right, or receive essential order communications.

A marketing signup should clearly identify Nudori, describe the type of messages, and require an affirmative action. Consent boxes will not be preselected.

Providing an email address for checkout, delivery, account security, returns, safety support, or another transaction does not automatically enroll the customer in promotional email.

4. Marketing email content

Promotional email may include:

  • product launches, restocks, and educational product content;
  • offers, discounts, bundles, and promotions;
  • approved application, use, care, and styling content;
  • Nudori news, events, surveys, or content;
  • review invitations after the review program is activated; and
  • abandoned-cart reminders sent under the approved email opt-in model.

Nudori will use accurate sender information, non-deceptive subject lines, a valid physical postal address, and a clear unsubscribe method in promotional emails.

5. Transactional and service communications

Marketing choices do not prevent Nudori from sending communications reasonably necessary to administer a transaction, account, safety matter, or legal obligation. These may include:

  • order, payment, shipment, delivery, return, exchange, and refund messages;
  • account, login, fraud, or security notices;
  • customer-support responses;
  • product-safety, corrective-action, or recall notices;
  • privacy-request communications; and
  • policy or legal notices related to an existing transaction or account.

Nudori will not disguise promotional content as a transactional message. If the primary purpose of a message is marketing, Nudori will treat it as marketing.

6. Unsubscribing from promotional email

A recipient may unsubscribe from promotional email by using the unsubscribe link in the email or another method Nudori makes available.

Nudori will not charge a fee, require a purchase, require account login, or demand information beyond what is reasonably necessary to process the request.

After an unsubscribe, Nudori may continue to send transaction, security, support, safety, and legally required communications.

Nudori may retain a minimal suppression record so that the address is not accidentally added back to marketing lists.

7. Abandoned-cart and browse-abandonment marketing

Nudori will not send abandoned-cart SMS at launch.

Abandoned-cart email may be sent only when the recipient is eligible under Nudori's approved email consent model and has not opted out. Nudori will not use an email or phone number collected solely for shipping or checkout administration as blanket marketing consent.

Browse-abandonment or product-reminder messages, if later introduced, will be subject to the same consent, privacy, frequency, and opt-out controls as other marketing.

8. Promotional SMS and MMS

Nudori does not send promotional SMS or MMS at initial launch.

If Nudori later introduces promotional text messaging, it will publish or present the applicable SMS terms and consent disclosure before enrollment. The future program will, at a minimum:

  • require separate, affirmative, documented consent appropriate to the technology and applicable law;
  • state that consent is not a condition of purchase;
  • identify Nudori as the sender;
  • disclose recurring-message expectations, message and data rates, and available support;
  • limit routine promotional messages to no more than four per month per enrolled phone number, unless a separately disclosed program is approved;
  • provide clear opt-out instructions, including reply keywords where supported;
  • process opt-outs and suppress future promotional texts promptly;
  • keep promotional and transactional text programs appropriately separated; and
  • undergo updated legal, carrier, vendor, and technical review before activation.

9. Public product reviews

Public product reviews are disabled at initial launch. Nudori may activate reviews only after the review system is tested for genuine purchase linking, neutral moderation, abuse prevention, disclosures, reporting, correction, and deletion handling.

When activated, a person submitting a review must provide a genuine opinion based on actual experience and must not submit a fabricated, purchased, manipulated, or misleading review.

10. Verified-purchase labels

Nudori will display a verified-purchase label only when the review is reliably linked to a qualifying transaction. A label will not be used merely because the reviewer supplies an order number that cannot be verified.

A review may still be accepted without a verified-purchase label if the platform allows it and the review otherwise complies with the published standards. The absence of a label does not automatically mean a review is false.

11. Review incentives

Nudori will not provide discounts, free products, refunds, gifts, payments, prizes, sweepstakes entries, loyalty benefits, or another incentive in exchange for customer reviews at launch.

Nudori will never require a positive or negative sentiment as a condition of receiving an incentive, and will not make a refund, replacement, exchange, safety remedy, or customer-service outcome conditional on changing or deleting a review.

If Nudori later considers a neutral review-incentive program, it will undergo separate legal and platform review, use clear disclosures, and apply the same incentive regardless of sentiment.

12. Negative reviews and review suppression

Nudori will not remove, hide, threaten, intimidate, or penalize a customer solely because a review is negative.

Nudori may contact a reviewer to understand or resolve the reported issue. A customer may voluntarily update a review after resolution, but Nudori will not require the update.

Nudori may moderate content under neutral rules that apply equally to positive and negative submissions, including rules against spam, unlawful content, threats, personal information, irrelevant content, fake reviews, and content about the wrong product.

13. Reuse of review text

Permission to publish a review on a Nudori product page does not automatically authorize Nudori to reuse the review in paid advertising, promotional email, external social-media campaigns, retail packaging, or another broader marketing channel.

Nudori will obtain separate, documented permission before using customer review text as an advertising testimonial. Nudori will preserve the review's original meaning and will not edit it to create a claim the reviewer did not make.

Any material relationship or incentive connected to the review or testimonial will be disclosed clearly and conspicuously.

14. Customer photographs, videos, and support materials

Photographs, videos, reaction reports, body-area images, support messages, and other materials sent privately to customer support are not public user-generated content and are not marketing submissions.

Nudori will not use these materials for advertising, email marketing, social media, packaging, product pages, training datasets, or creator campaigns without separate, explicit, documented permission.

Marketing permission will be requested separately from the support or refund process. A customer will not be required to grant marketing rights to receive a refund, replacement, exchange, safety remedy, or other customer service.

A customer who previously granted marketing permission may revoke permission for future new uses by contacting [email protected]. Nudori will act within a reasonable period, but may not be able to recall material already lawfully printed, distributed, or incorporated into a completed campaign before revocation.

15. User-generated content submitted for marketing

If Nudori invites a customer to submit content specifically for marketing or social-media use, the invitation or separate permission will identify:

  • the content covered;
  • the permitted channels and purposes;
  • whether editing is allowed;
  • the duration and geographic scope;
  • whether paid advertising is included;
  • whether the person's name, likeness, voice, or username may be used;
  • whether compensation or another benefit is provided; and
  • how future permission may be withdrawn.

A general social-media tag or mention does not automatically give Nudori unlimited advertising rights.

16. Influencers, creators, affiliates, and ambassadors

Nudori may work with influencers, creators, affiliates, models, ambassadors, or other endorsers only under a written or electronically accepted agreement approved by Nudori.

Endorsers must:

  • provide honest opinions based on actual experience;
  • avoid claims outside Nudori's approved claim guidance;
  • disclose paid, gifted, affiliate, employment, ownership, personal, or family relationships that could affect credibility;
  • place disclosures where consumers are likely to notice and understand them;
  • use disclosure language that is clear and in the same language as the endorsement;
  • comply with platform disclosure tools in addition to, not instead of, adequate written or spoken disclosure;
  • avoid presenting personal experience as universally expected; and
  • cooperate with correction or removal of noncompliant content.

17. Clear disclosure of material connections

A material connection may include payment, free or discounted products, commissions, employment, ownership, family or personal relationships, travel, event access, or another benefit that consumers may not reasonably expect.

Disclosures should appear with the endorsement itself and should not be hidden only in a profile, behind a "more" link, at the end of a long caption, or among unrelated hashtags.

For video, audio, stories, reels, and live streams, disclosures must be presented in a format appropriate to how consumers receive the endorsement. Nudori may require both on-screen and spoken disclosure and repetition during live content.

18. Before-and-after images and demonstrations

Nudori will use before-and-after imagery only when it accurately represents the actual product and is not misleading.

Unless clearly identified otherwise, the before and after should feature the same adult individual under materially comparable conditions, including:

  • camera angle and distance;
  • pose and body position;
  • lighting;
  • garment and product configuration;
  • image scale and cropping;
  • time period; and
  • other conditions that could materially change the appearance of lift, shape, coverage, or contour.

Nudori will not digitally alter the body, breast shape, product effect, skin, garment, or other material feature to exaggerate performance. Ordinary color correction, cropping, or formatting must not change the net impression.

If an image communicates a performance result, Nudori must have support for the express and implied claim conveyed by the overall presentation. A vague statement such as "results may vary" does not automatically cure an unrepresentative or misleading result.

19. Objective product and performance claims

Nudori will publish objective claims only when the exact claim is supported for the exact product, variation, conditions of use, and time period.

Claims requiring documented approval include, without limitation:

  • wear duration;
  • number of reuses;
  • waterproof, water-resistant, sweatproof, or sweat-resistant performance;
  • adhesive strength or holding power;
  • sensitive-skin suitability;
  • hypoallergenic, dermatologist tested, medical grade, non-toxic, or safety claims;
  • material, certification, environmental, or testing claims;
  • quantified lift, shape, coverage, comfort, or conversion claims;
  • comparison or superiority claims;
  • consumer-preference claims;
  • guarantee or money-back claims; and
  • claims made through testimonials, reviews, images, demonstrations, or influencers.

A testimonial, influencer statement, or customer review is not a substitute for evidence supporting an objective claim.

20. Health, safety, and sensitive-skin claims

Nudori will not present its fashion and intimate-wear products as diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing a disease or medical condition unless a lawful and substantiated basis exists.

Marketing must not contradict the Product Safety, Use & Care Guidelines or omit material safety limitations. High-risk health, safety, sensitive-skin, medical, or allergy-related wording requires Product/QA verification and legal review before publication.

21. Adult models and creators

Nudori will use only individuals age 18 or older in Nudori-produced intimate-product advertising, modeling, creator, influencer, and testimonial content.

Nudori will verify age and obtain appropriate written model, likeness, voice, and content releases before publication. Nudori will retain only the minimum verification records reasonably necessary for compliance and documentation.

22. Artificial intelligence and synthetic content

Nudori may use approved technology to assist with ordinary production tasks, but will not present fabricated customer experiences, fictional reviews, synthetic endorsements, or materially altered performance results as genuine.

AI-generated or materially synthetic people, voices, demonstrations, or images must not be used in a way that misleads consumers about:

  • whether a real customer or endorser exists;
  • whether a person actually used the product;
  • the product's appearance or performance;
  • the identity or qualifications of an expert;
  • before-and-after results; or
  • the existence of independent consumer support.

Where disclosure is necessary to avoid deception or required by law or platform rules, Nudori will clearly identify synthetic or materially altered content.

23. Public profiles, forums, and community features

Nudori does not offer public customer profiles, unrestricted forums, or open community posting at initial launch.

If Nudori later introduces a community feature, it will publish appropriate community rules, privacy disclosures, reporting tools, moderation standards, and age controls before activation.

24. Marketplace and third-party platform marketing

Advertising, reviews, creator activity, customer communications, promotions, and data use on Amazon, TikTok Shop, or another platform must also comply with that platform's current rules.

Nudori will not use marketplace customer information for unrelated independent marketing unless the marketplace permits it and an appropriate lawful basis and disclosure exist.

A platform review, star rating, customer message, or marketplace permission does not automatically grant Nudori a right to use that content in off-platform advertising.

25. Privacy, tracking, and consumer health data

Marketing activities are subject to the Nudori Privacy Policy and Cookie & Tracking Technologies Notice.

Nudori will not use private skin-reaction reports, treatment information, intimate support photographs, or other consumer health data for targeted advertising, audience enrichment, lookalike audiences, or unrelated marketing.

Marketing consent, advertising opt-outs, email suppression, and future SMS opt-outs will be honored through the applicable systems and records.

26. Accessibility of marketing

Nudori aims to make marketing communications reasonably accessible. Depending on the channel, this may include:

  • meaningful alternative text for informative images;
  • captions and transcripts for video or audio;
  • sufficient color contrast and readable text;
  • links with understandable labels;
  • avoiding information conveyed only through color or image text;
  • accessible unsubscribe and preference controls; and
  • clear disclosures that remain perceivable in the intended medium.

27. Complaints and questions

Questions or complaints about marketing email, future text messages, reviews, creator content, advertising claims, customer-content permissions, or influencer disclosures may be sent to:

Nudori Customer Support
Email: [email protected]
Website: nudori.com

Please include enough information to identify the communication, campaign, review, or content at issue. Do not submit intimate photographs through a public social-media comment or public review.

28. Changes to Part A

Nudori may update this Notice prospectively to reflect new marketing channels, review features, technology, legal requirements, or business practices. The current version and effective date will be published on nudori.com.

A newly introduced SMS, review, community, affiliate, or promotional program may also require separate terms or consent at the point of enrollment or participation.
